By accessing or using LeadEngine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LeadEngine is an AI-powered lead generation platform for home service businesses. The Service generates potential customer leads using public property data and commercially licensed consumer data, and delivers them through a web-based dashboard.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of leads generated through our platform complies with all applicable laws. LeadEngine provides data and tools — compliance with outreach regulations is your responsibility.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including customer CSV files. By uploading data, you grant LeadEngine a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of generating leads on your behalf. We will not share your uploaded data with other clients or third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.
LeadEngine provides leads on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver accurate and high-quality leads, we do not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or that all contact information will be current. Lead data is sourced from commercially licensed databases and public records which may contain inaccuracies.
Fees are charged as described on our pricing page. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Per-lead fees are charged upon delivery of qualified leads to your dashboard. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
The LeadEngine platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of LeadEngine. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
LeadEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. LeadEngine is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from your non-compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA, or any other applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold LeadEngine harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to claims related to your outreach campaigns, data usage, or violations of applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
